Epic mystery games 2026
Which Epic mystery game is free today, what time it unlocks in India (IST) and every game from the 2026 holiday giveaway. Updated daily.
The 2026 giveaway hasn't started yet. As soon as Epic announces it, this page shows each day's game and the exact unlock time.
How it works
At the end of the year, the Epic Games Store runs a holiday giveaway: for several days in a row it gives away one free game a day. Each game stays hidden until it unlocks, which is why people call them mystery games. Once you claim one, it stays in your library for good, even after the giveaway ends.
In December the switch usually happens at 9:30 pm IST, the same time as Epic's weekly free game.
