Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026.
This policy explains how Loot Gratis India (lootgratis.com) processes personal data of readers in India, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we process
- Technical access data. Your IP address, browser and the pages you visit are logged by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) to keep the site secure and working.
- Usage statistics. We count visits and pages in aggregate, by source (search, shared links, partner pages, direct), without identifying you. A visit cookie (
ds_v, 30 minutes) remembers the source within a visit. When you use a share button, we record only which network you picked. - Advertising. We show ads from Monetag. Monetag and advertisers may use cookies and device information (such as IP address and browser) to show and measure ads. You can turn ads off in this browser on our cookie policy page. See Monetag’s privacy policy.
- Email. If you write to us, we use your address only to reply.
We don’t sell personal data. We don’t ask you to create an account.
How long we keep it
Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer you.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask for a summary of the personal data we process about you, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw consent where we rely on it, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. Email contact@lootgratis.com — this is also our grievance contact, and we respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
The site is not directed to children, and we don’t knowingly process children’s personal data.
