This policy explains how Loot Gratis (lootgratis.com) handles personal information, including your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state privacy laws.

What we collect

Technical access data. Your IP address, browser and the pages you visit are logged by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) to keep the site secure and working.
Usage statistics. We measure visits in aggregate, without identifying you. When you use a share button, we record only which network you picked, with no personal data.
Advertising. If we show ads, ad partners may use cookies and identifiers to show and measure ads. We’ll update this policy and add a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link before that happens.
Email. If you write to us, we use your address only to reply.

We do not sell personal information. We don’t ask you to create an account.

How long we keep it

Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer you.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Email contact@lootgratis.com and we’ll respond within 45 days. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
